My Ikebana practice, deeply rooted in finding harmony within nature, extends beyond aesthetics to encompass a profound sense of well-being and a commitment to sustainability.\u00a0Inspired by the interconnectedness of all living things as well as its psychological impact, I explore themes of resilience, impermanence,\u00a0balance,\u00a0making choices and respect for the natural world where we, human beings, are a part of in my Ikebana practice.<\/p>\n
