Lisa Hinterreithner intertwines bodies and materials in her artistic\u00a0practice. She is on the lookout for experimental performance\u00a0formats that address humans and nonhumans likewise. She often\u00a0invites the audience, performers and objects to be part of a joint\u00a0process. Recently she has explored touch and touchability,\u00a0specifically between plants and humans. She has worked with,\u00a0among others, Julius Deutschbauer, Jack Hauser, Rotraud Kern,\u00a0Elise Mory, Laura Navndrup Black, Lisa Kortschak, Martina\u00a0Ruhsam, and Linda Samaraweerov\u00e1.<\/p>\n
Lisa Hinterreithner’s performances have been shown at, among\u00a0others, Tanzquartier Wien, donaufestival Krems, ARGEkultur\u00a0Salzburg, ImPulsTanz – Vienna International Dance Festival,\u00a0Galerie F\u00dcNFZIGZWANZIG, Sommerszene – SENE Salzburg,\u00a0well as in Germany, Denmark and the UK. She is a regular lecturer\u00a0for Performance Research at the Dance Academy SEAD, at the\u00a0Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna MUK and at the\u00a0Danish National School of Performing Arts in Copenhagen.\u00a0Together with Marlies Pillhofer, she runs the transdisciplinary\u00a0performance platform tanzbuero in Salzburg.
