The story follows a little mouse named Chun Zai who, disregarding warnings about the dangers of humans and cats, leaves home and embarks on a hilarious and adventurous journey in the city. The entire story is filled with kindness and challenges, offering humor without pandering to young audiences in a childish way, thus allowing adult audiences to also think and resonate with it. The combination of three-dimensional puppets and two-dimensional shadow silhouettes on stage creates a visually rich, interesting, and layered presentation.
